Initiate Your Request
Log into your HospEquip account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email confirmation.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box with the return label on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund or exchange status.
